Current Research Work and Interest

The relationship between national culture and the usability of an e-learning system. The purpose of this study was to investigate possible relationships between national culture and the usability of an e-Learning system. The theoretical frameworks that were used to guide this study were Hofstede's cultural dimensions and Nielsen's usability attributes.

"The Relationship Between National Culture and the Usability of an E-Learning System" has
been accepted for publication and will appear in the International Journal on E-Learning" - To be published in 2007.

AWARDS

Dissertation Award (2003). Competitive award to fund dissertation completion, Bureau of Educational Research, College of Education, University of Illinois.
